Been a busy week so even though it has been a whole week since St Patricks Day here is a second picture from the parade. This time it’s the North Carolina State Band. This photo caught my attention cause the girl seemed to actually enjoy being in the parade, many of the members of other bands who marched by seemed bored or just annoyed to be there, and I was close to the start.
