Here is a photo of what I believe is Kelleys Island from Topsail beach in Newfoundland. I’m not sure about the name of the island, it’s a small little island beside Bell Island and Google maps tells me it’s Kelleys Island but I’ve also seen it listed as Kelly’s Island so forgive me if I’m wrong.
Here is a photo of our puppy Finn, or The Destroyer as I am starting to call the 7 month ball of energy. He’s one of the reasons I’ve been so quiet here as he managed to knock a pint glass full of ice and cider over my MacBook Pro on a hot sunny day last weekend. The laptop spent 4 days in a bag of rice and it booted ok but I’ve been backing up everything on it just to be safe since it could still fail if the connections start to corrode. He also likes to chew door frames, dig hardwood floors, rip couches, break dishes and steal shoes. Still in the rare moments when he is calm he is a nice dog though he rarely allows photographs since camera lenses are high on his wish list of chew toys.
